Crawl Spaces &
Our basement/crawl space waterproofing systems include all the solutions you need for a dry, comfortable, odor-free basement and crawl space. We offer a variety of solutions for your home, including sump pumps, drainage systems, dehumidifiers, crack repairs, vapor barriers, mold remediation, basement waterproofing, and more.
Retaining Wall Repair
Shifting and settling of a home over time will cause stress on the home's foundation walls, which inevitably will cause your foundation walls and/or retaining walls to crack. We offer several solutions from helical piers to carbon fiber patching.
Drainage System Installation
As time passes, the foundation drains of your home begin to clog with sediment and may begin to rot and fail. Most of the time, this is due to improper installation or poor choice of materials. With a new exterior foundation drain system, which includes new drain pipe, gravel of an appropriate size, sealing or re-sealing of the foundation wall with both a waterproofing agent and vapor barrier, your standing water problems will be eliminated. This drain system is appropriate for both interior and exterior applications. We also install drainage systems inside leaking crawl spaces with the option of a totally encapsulated crawl space and/or a sump pump.
Concrete & Masonry
If you are having settling issues that may have caused your concrete and/or brick walkway to settle or develop cracks, then contact us for a free in-home evaluation.
Epoxy Crack Injections
Over time shifting, settling, and soil expansion will cause stress on concrete and masonry, resulting in stress-induced cracks. This is normal and is usually not a structural risk. Although they may not pose a structural risk, these cracks need to be repaired to prevent leaking and water damage in your basement. Polyurethane foam injections and epoxy injections are permanent solutions that both seal the cracks and improve the stability of the structure.
Foundation & Floor
Your home's floor joists over time will begin to sink and sag with age, weight, and moisture. Over time, high humidity and moisture in the crawl space will also cause the floor joists to weaken and, in turn, cause your floors to dip and sag.
